Our early day didn’t start off too well with the company picking us up an hour late and then being rude to Annie on the phone, but she gave them a grilling when we arrived at the office and gained an apology 😊
This minor setback didn’t stop us having a brilliant day at the falls though! It was totally surreal and a little scary to be standing under it on the boat, getting drenched by the mist and even more so looking over the edge at the top. We have some really good pictures of the view we had from the top but it was really difficult to get a good one on the boat because we were getting so wet even in our snazzy smurf blue macks!!
It was actually quite emotional to leave Sean as he has done so much for us and made us feel so at home in Toronto, he went out of his way to organise our day to our best interests and suggesting the local gems where tourists don’t usually go. He even gave us $20 to have a drink in the Panorama Bar on the 51
st floor so we could get
a great view of the city. Then after a brief conversation about alcohol, he surprised Scott with 3 cans of Guinness and a bag of chocolates for the both of us 😊 We’d be speaking to him about anything and everything and an hour would fly by without us realising.
We’re setting off on our last bus tonight to New York!! Woo! Sean told us to email him to reassure him we get there safe...2 nights with the guy and we feel like we’ve known him years! We’re trying to think of excuses to go back and stay with him!
We’ll blog from the Big Apple!!

A new SUPERHERO?
This picture has all the makings of a new Superhero? I'm thinking "Poncho Man?" - Well actually I was thinking of something a little better (but ruder!) - and I cannot really put that on here!
