Hotel Life

It boggles my mind how quickly people can adjust to their surroundings. We are used to living in a three bedroom, four bathroom home and now we live in two small rooms, a kitchenette, and a very tiny bathroom - and we are surviving! We have gotten into a routine, and that routine includes having a sit-down breakfast every morning. I never used to even eat breakfast, let alone sit downand eat.

This morning, Jack proved a theory: if Jack says it is so, it is! Example? While discussing Mommy's blood work, (isn't that what everyone talks about at 6:15 in the morning?), Paul decided to teach the kids how veins and arteries work. Jack interrupted and said, "Um, sorry, Daddy. I don't think that is right." He then went on to explain what was wrong with Paul's lesson. Paul doubted Jack and then checked the information on his phone. Sure enough, Jack was correct. If Jack says it is so, it is!

Gotta love the fact that the hotel is home to half a dozen OFSSAA soccer teams! Party on, yo!
