Georgian Bay
thats me on some rocks Getting to Toronto I had mixed feelings. It was great to finally be by myself and independent but then again I was upset that I was away from family, whom I had such a great time with in the U.S of A. I also, for the first time since being away started to really miss everyone back in OZ.
I guess being alone and knowing nobady really puts things in perspective. But it was a challenge I had to face head on...........and it was tough initially! Trying to sette down and find a place to live in was a pain............until now that is. So since arriving it has kind of been up and down. As time passes though it'll get better i guess. And what happened was me & my mate Johnny from UTS who has helped me alot bumped into another aussie chick from adelaide. We hung out abit. Then she introduced us to 2 frenchies (Aurellie and Florian) who were going camping. We went along. They hired a car and we diecided to drive north.........just north...hahahaha. We ended up at Bruce penisula near Georgian Bay (part of lake Huron), one of the great lakes in North America!!!!!!!!! Its was
The group
Johnny, Florian, Kate and Aurille a short but fun trip. The hiking (in the pouring rain!) was awesome. We saw absolutely amazing rock formations and crystal clear waters (in some places it was an awesome green) on our boat cruise. I wont go on too much though...........all in all it was great to escape the city and the stress associated with finding a room in place u know nothing about. So here are the pics, ENJOY!!!! Just a note: we wanted to camp but couldn't coz its was pouring rain so we stayed in a motel.....almost the same thing!!
