Stan's place looks very nice and I am sure it is very private and quiet as well . The summer activity may not be as active as the ski season with fewer people around and that would be nice.
I have been working at the Shuffleboard Club re painting the court lines. They have not been done since we started 5 years ago.
In case you are wondering what the "thing" is on the floor . It is a stencil I made up using the aluminum venetian blind material to form the overspray seal on the floor. It works well and saves me a lot of time.
