Today we traveled on the Confederation Bridge ($46) which is 13 K long. The concrete sides are very high so it is difficult to see the water. It was very windy.

Our drive across the lower portion of New Brunswick was primarily on divided highways. The weather is good so it is easy driving.

Our quick research suggested there was not a lot to see in Saint John so we bypassed visiting the city.

Our B & B is in Blacks Harbour but we visited St. Andrews first and then backtracked after dinner.

According to the local sign, Blacks Harbour is home to the sardine industry.
