Stained Glass Thrive!Stained Glass Thrive!Stained Glass Thrive!

This stained glass says it all!!
We arrived in Winnepeg from Minneapolis at about 10:30pm. Brian picked us up and we drove the 2 hours to Minnedosa to their cottage. We woke up to a beautiful lake view from the cottage. We have spent 2 days here. We travelled to Riding Horse National Park to visit friends and to see Clearlake, a large and beautiful lake in the National Park. The cottages, log cabins to me, are beautiful and placed around the lake. It has been a little rainy but not bad. This morning we took a 3 mile walk around the lake and thru Minnedosa. We learned a little about the towns settlement and history. Tonight we head to Brandon where they live, we will spend the night there before we head to Regina tomorrow. Canada is beautiful, certainly more relaxed and serene than our Los Angeles freeways. We are enjoying the company of good people and a beautiful place!
