Tim: We arrived in Vancouver on Monday, we set off to find the hostel and managed to take in part of the tramp and vagabond filled lower east side. We found the hostel in a sligtly nicer part of town but with still a tramp every 10 metres or so. I only have so much "spare" change!

Over the last few days we have seen alot of Vancouver and it has gone up in my estimation. Day 1 we strolled around the huge Stanley Park area which is a park by the sea with a beach and some tourist attractions in. Day 2 we watched the Champions League Final. MAN UNITED! I was on a different planet for a few hours after that game and came back down to earth a bit later when we met an old friend of mine from back home and went for a drive out to Horseshoe Bay which was spectacular.

Today we took a trip out to the aquarium and saw all manner of aquatic life including some cool dolphins.

Tom: don't worry ma, got my credit cards sorted :D

Hahaha
Like to see that even whilst touring Northern America you're still thinking of your belly (or more specfically what you can eat when you get back to the UK) Bage! BBQ would be good tho. Had enough of the US for a bit and ventured further North I see. Looking like a good trip mate, I've not read that much of the blog but photos look good. Congrats on United. CHRIS
