Mel & James
On Burnaby mountain about 2 weeks before our trip. This is the most recent pic of us! My first entry in our travel blog is coming from James's mom's living room at about 1:20am. We are doing some last minute surfing, and basically trying to book things so when we get to London James will be let into the country with no problems! This past week has been crazy with packing up our whole apartment, and putting everything we own into storage. Even though we've done all this moving, it still hasn't really sunk in that we're going to Europe tomorrow. I'm super excited!
I guess the next time you'll hear from me will be from the UK somewhere. Once we get to London we are planning to drive to Darlington (northern England) to pick up Ernie! He's our new VW van that we bought on ebay over the weekend. He's sweet....I'll post pics once we've got him.

Have a good trip
Ahh, the open road. There's nothing else like it. Life is short, so short in fact that I think there comes a time to roll the dice and see where you end up. It's the memories from those dice rolls, the wacky memorable adventures, that makes me never worry about dying young. Life is as full as you make it. So to the both of you, I wish you a great trip. The best in fact - because that's what life is all about. Bon Voyage! Kyle
