I think that the Armenian Genocide was a very sad and devastating event. It was even more horrible than the Jewish Holocaust. In the video the woman talking was Alice Muggerditchian. Alice talks about how the Turks trick them. The Turks said that if the women returned all of the guns from their husbands to them, they would release their husbands. The husbands did not have any guns, so the women went and bought some guns, so their husbands can be released. But the exact opposite happened, the Turks said that the husbands were starting a revolution against them. The husbands instead murdered and butchered the men. The Turks also did the same to the women, he killed them. I think that is is just so cruel. The Turks gave the Armenian's hope. He just played with their feelings. They gave them the slightest of hope that was just crushed. They only wanted the guns, so that they can be defendless. I think that is such a cruel way to mess with the Armenian's emotions.
