7:30 Wake up - Breakfast (toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, tea/coffee)
8:00-8:55 Duties or free time, shower, brush teeth, etc.
8:55-9:45 1st Lecture
9:55-10:45 2nd Lecture
10:45-11:00 Coffee break
11:00-1:00 3rd and 4th lectures and another small break
1:00-1:30 Lunch (sit down, food brought to table, pass dishes around, usually potatoes, rice + some sort of meat, small salad, and dessert)
1:30 - 5:30 Free time (Usually go run the loop, work on papers/assignments/reading, sit in the lounge and talk to people, go into Carnforth or whatever)
5:30 Tea (Dinner) evening meal, serve yourself, sandwich bar, salads, some random main dish ranging from chicken to hot dogs to fish etc.
7:00 - 8:50 Night lectures and small break
9:00 Dinner (hot chocolate or coffee/tea)
9:00- ~11:00 Free time until lights out
