Chocolat Sails

Continuing our return to Paris we drove to Beaune, a tiny town and the wine capital of the Burgundy region. We walked through the picturesque town (the film 'Chocolat' was filmed here) and tasted wine at one of the famous Bourgogne wine cellars. A longer stay at this little township would have been ideal but the journey back to Paris was to continue. Arrived in Paris mid afternoon, with Alan in search of an Irish pub to catch the Springboks vs Wallabies rugby match and Aleena in search of sails, opera and the smiling woman.
