Travelling in Italy's Puglia and Abruzzo regions This is our third trip to the Region of Puglia . In 2008 we spent 3 weeks (see Blog other blog) and loved Puglia (the heel) so much that we are back in 2010. This time we are leaving out Calabria and Basilicata and spending some time in Abruzzo. I love to travel and try to avoid large cities and superhighways. My favourite places to travel are Europe which I have covered from Finland to Sicily and Portugal to the Czech Republic many times. My favourites are Spain, Slovenia and Italy all of which have received 3 to 15visits. Only the most recent trips to Southern Italy are presented here.
