because when we got to the airport, we discovered all flights to Athens cancelled due to strikes in Greece, especially the airport! It was very disappoining, and we all felt mis. But we went for a walk to a pleasant hostelry near Kate's house, then back to our own homes. Tomorrow we shall get together again, and do a walk with all 3 dogs. Not sure about the rest of the week, but I intend to make to most of time off work.

Poor you
couldn't you get a flight the next day? Did you have to miss out on the trip altogether. How miserable. Enjoy your week off at home, you will have to do some fun-type holiday things. Sue x
