1: Snowy garden 143 secs
(There should be a video above, if you don't see it, click here)

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! OK, that's enough now, thanks. It's been over a week and it's snowed practically every day. What looked like a thaw yesterday simply turned the compacted snow into sheets of ice and then more snow today landed on top making conditions pretty treacherous.

Nanny & Grandad, and Nana & Grandpa were with us for most of it, so J has had plenty of distractions to keep him happy, otherwise there was a real danger of cabin fever as most of the local roads were at best classed as 'passable with care', at worst, impassable. Luckily the van is 4x4, so we've been able to make it out a few times.

Still we had fun, as the photos show, and once both Nanny & Nana had seen the curls one last time, it was off with his hair, at his first haircut!
