Great Granny, known to everyone of every generation as Granny, or to use her full title Granny Harris, turned 99 on Saturday and we went to the islands to join in the celebrations.

The birthday girl was in fine form, enjoying her 99 ice cream, and adjudicating on the party games. Just to clarify, no Grannys were harmed in the Pin the tail on the Granny game, it was merely a poster on the door.

Sadly we forgot to take the camera out on the ferry and capture Js first ferry trip, where his happy, but loud o-o-owwwing kept many of the other passengers awake and he could only be settled by Mummy pole-dancing while wearing him in a sling! Actually, maybe its a good thing we didnt capture that!
