Had a terrible nights sleep. Woke up a few times during the night. Thought I would just start real early at one point. Put my phone on and noticed it was only 2.30am.
Got up at seven again and left just after eight. Path in the morning was ok for the most part. One stretch was very difficult and there was a sign saying how it was only upgraded recently. Must have been murder before. Stopped for an ice cream at the campsite and wigwams just before Tyndrum. Weather today is again lovely. Applied suncream many times, but i'm still burning a little bit.
Had lunch at the Green Welly. Managed to stock up on milk and sugar satches. Picked up another pair of socks and some sausages for dinner later.
Left Tyndrum at 2pm and headed towards Bridge of Orchy. Meet a some women(claire, elinor and gillain) from lanarkshire. Walked with them for the last few miles into Bridge of Orchy. Sat and had a drink with them for half an hour before heading down to the campsite to pitch up for the night.
The campsite was a small bit og grass next to some picnic benches. No facilites at all, but it was free. Was first there so found the only flat spot and put my tent up. Made my dinner and sat talking to my neighbour, Nick. talked for a while and share some hints and tips on travelling and things to do in Scotland.
Headed into the hotel across the bridge. Had a few drinks with Claire, Elinor and Gillian. Took my tooth brush and stuff with me so i could get proper use off the customer toliet. Went back to my tent and made coffee and sat at the river looking at the stars.
