Our first two days were spent in Edinburgh. We did quite a few things. We took a tour of the castle, walked all over the Royal Mile and Princes Street. We also did a Open Top Bus tour of the city. For our meals, we tried some new stuff like vegetarian haggis. It was fantastic. As far as our liquid consumption we tasted some new scotches as well as some beers we can't get in the States. We had Belhaven 80 and two new IPA's. We also tasted some Caol Illa and Laphroaig Quarter Cask, both were 16 year. Some of the restaurants we ate at were Deacon Brodies Pub and Tavern, The Filling Station and Mitre's Pub. All had EXCELLENT food and hosts.

Here are a few pics we took while in Edinburgh! Enjoy!
