England/Scotland with family

Having an open time frame allows family and friends to join in the travel dreams and my first trip was with my parents and brother to England and Scotland. My parents said that we needed to go some place where english was the main language if we were going to travel my style of no tour groups, create your own adventure. It ended up being a great trip, where at the end of each day my dad would comment on how it was so much better than their previous group trip.
