Well, it's been over a year since our trip to Italy and, as predicted, I've not been back to that post to updated it.... BUT I've had good reason, which will probably not be a surprise to anyone who has followed this for the last 8 years, but we've had another baby!

Baby Martha was born on 11th November and is settling into our fit-to-burst home.

I appreciate this has become less about travelling over the last few years but it's still relevant to our journey so here we are, our first year (2017) without a family trip abroad was completed with the arrival of Martha in mid November.

So, what's been going on?

Well Flynn has just turned four (it's the 30th of January 2018), Lois is away to turn NINE and Ella is six, and Martha has just turned 13 weeks old.

The kids are all great, Fiona had yet another hellish pregancy but I'll not bore anyone with the details of that again, I (Andrew) have been working at lot in the Middle East in 2017, spending the last few months in Saudi Arabia as well as work trips to Bahrain, Kuwait and

Dubai, which I've really enjoyed.

Lois, Ella and Flynn have all taken up rugby in 2017 and continue to enjoy that this year, Lois has auditioned for a speaking part in her drama clubs production of Alice and Wonderland and Ella has done the same for her Street Dance production of Annie. All four of the kids had parts in our school nativety play in December, Lois had the leading role of Mary, Flynn was a slave, Ella a shepherd and Martha stole the show as baby Jesus, the first "real" baby they've had for many years in our small school (there's only 35 kids in the whole school).

We have booked a holiday for 2018, since the kids have been born we've been going on a circuit of France, Italy and Spain each year but for 2018 we let the kids decide and they've chosed Disney World (why wouldn't they???) so we're off to Orlando in September 2018.

So, life is stupid busy but it's all great fun.

I am going to add to this later, but then I've said that before. Enjoy the photos.
