It's a "Jolly" Wedding!!

Swing your partner round and round

Down to the church at the end of town

It's the big day for Jellie & Olly

What luck we're in town for a jolly!



Beautiful in her dress of white

Jellie shines in the lovely sunlight

Flanked by Laura, Hazel & Steph

Lovely bridesmaids waiting with baited breath



Olly and crew looking mighty fine

Here come the ladies - it's time!

Vows exchanged and some hymns sung

Castle Cary bells ring and hearts sprung



Confetti thrown and pictures galore

The bride and groom we adore

Horse drawn carriage awaits to take away

Mr & Mrs Gill to the par-tay



We're off for Pennard House with Sarah & Joe

The way, we did not know

Good thing we were stuck behind

A wedding traffic jam of the lovely kind!



A beautiful scene awaits us all

A string quartet and champagne outside the hall

A mini Selfridges reunion did take place

With much laughter, reminiscing and even a new baby face!



Dinner was had and we were very well fed

From our toes up to our head

Good thing there were plans to move

As the barn dance band set up their grove



And so the dancing began

'Round and 'round and 'round again!

Pick a partner and pick once more

In the end we danced until we could no more



So very thankful for the gifted flip flops

And the never ending cask of session hops

Most memorable to us was the fun we shared

With dear friends while witnessing love declared



Alas the next day we said goodbye

At a lovely brunch with meat, cheese and pie

New friends made and old ones loved anew

So happy we are for Mr & Mrs Gill...and see you in a few!
