Bath

Over the weekend i went on a little trip down to Bath with Davina and Michele who i used to work with. On the way down we stopped at Stonehenge which was breathtaking. That might have been because it was absolutely bloody freezing but was nice to look at as well.
We got to Bath and wandered around for a bit. It's a beautiful city with lovely architecture and great character. We strolled around the Roman Baths and then on to the Pump Room which was very grand. Now when i read my hysterical, sorry historical, romances I can picture just what it looks like.
The next day we relaxed in the thermae Bath Spas which was bliss, they had a spa, aromatherapy steam rooms and a roof top pool which was a bit chilly to say the least! Then we made our way home through the gorgeous countryside. It was nice travelling in a car again!
