Making most of our time together, we went to a nearby town they most often. Telford is a large and progressive town in Shropshire, near Shrewbury.
We went around the Telford Town Park, a large green open space where people stroll, children play and enjoy the beauty of nature. It was near winter that time so the flora and fauna, which it is also famous for, is not showing its beauty. However, we still enjoyed our family time together. Some of the park's main feature is a Giant Spider's web climbing frame, a huge rocket slide, an adventure area and picnic areas. There are also landscaped gardens, pools, woodlands and a nearby Nature Reserve. We don't have much time to see everything, so we went to the nearby Telford shopping Centre, one of the largest in the county. We had a quick stroll and snack and afterwards went home to prepare ourselves for the New Year, 2008. Making Telford the last place I've visited for the year.
