Moving from Kent to Herford
Today we have to say goodbye to our Kent house and move to our cottage in Herford were we will be for the next two weeks. On the way we stopped at the farmers markets at Penshurst Place and got lots of locally grown food like wild boar and apple sausages, saddle rabbit, Venison burgers, Steak and kidney pie, chutney, lemon butter, hot cross buns, cheese and onion bread, ginger cheese some local brewed beer and lots more. I love buying fresh home grown and made food.
It rain most of the trip. It was good to get to our new cottage it is very cosy and on a farm we have fantastic views of the fields with sheep out our window. The rain eased off a little so we went for a bit of a walk around the farm and picked some yellow daffodil’s to go with the purple flowers I got from our last house.
