Decided to head up to Greenwich today, many reasons; I am bored, need something to do, it is free, last time I was there the Royal Observatory was closed and its not a bad day weather wise considering I am in London. Greenwich is a cute village and seems like a million miles away from London, a great place to come on the weekend and browse the markets. People here move at a slower pace and there is not much traffic. I walked through Greenwich Park. Here there were many people enjoying the weather, having picnics, reading, kicking a footy and relaxing. I slowly walked up the to the observatory, which meant the path gradually inclined. comprehend. On the top of the observatory is a red ball and each day at 12.58pm the ball drops, it has done this since 1833! I enjoyed the view from here and all the open space.
