June 16: Arrival (not the ABBA album of that name... me in London)

June 16th... still:
25 hours of flying does not do good things to the head, nor does 25 hours of airline food treat the digestive tract well. Glad to check in to the hotel (Ibis Gatwick) for a sleep and a poo (not in that order).
Not entirely impressed though, the shuttle that the hotel runs from the airport to the hotel cost £3... no mention of any such cost on the website, so i had to dig through my bags (with a tired brain) trying to find my money AND i have to take the shuttle back to Gatwick tomorrow in order to get to London... think i'll avoid shelling out the £7.50 for breakfast here, they have enough of my money!
