Westminster walkabout. Buckingham palace for changing of guard, Big Ben, Westminster Cathedral, St James' Park.
Cathedral is amazing- practically a graveyard/ who's who of Tudor England
Thursday 18/2
British Museum- especially Greek and Roman galleries. Parthenon sculptures are a highlight. The Athenians must be pretty dark about so much of it being in London.
Friday 19/2
Went to Waiting for Godot @ Theatre Royal. Samuel Beckett play starring Ian McKellan aka Gandalf. Often humorous and sometimes dark. Amazing cast performances including Matthew Kelly from UK 'Stars in Their Eyes' .
Saturday 20/2
Walk all over central London around the squares and circuses. Saw Stephen Merchant of The Office & Extras. Told him he was a 'legend'. If I wasn't so star struck I might have had the sense to get a photo or an autograph.
