So here's our first blog and a map showing our route (which certainly could have been organised with less airmiles if BA flew directly between every country we wanted to visit).
Day one of the trip didn't start too well when the check-in attendant asked if we had Australian passports as we didn't have visas for our UK passports...fortunately after a quick call and £30 each, she managed to arrange one. Even better news was that the visa person decided we should be upgraded to business class; hopefully Stacy's Gold BA Exec card will have the same effect everywhere we go.

21 June – Fly London to Amsterdam to see our niece and nephew
23 June – Chamonix with Chris & Mag

11 July – Fly London to Kuala Lumpur
>02 August – KL, Orang-utans & Mulu Caves
02 August – Fly KL to Vientiane
>16 August – 2 weeks in Laos
>29 August – 2 weeks in Cambodia
>13 September– 2 weeks in Vietnam
13 September – Fly Hanoi to Osaka
>25 September – Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo with Matt
25 September – Fly Tokyo to Delhi
> 7 November – Delhi, Golden Triangle, Tiger reserve, Mumbai, Goa, Kerala
7 November – Fly Bangalore – London – Sao Paulo
>16 December– Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina
16 December – Fly Buenos Aires to London and reality
