Edinburgh Castle entry
Well I guess I left off when I was in Edinburgh. We did in fact go to Edinburgh Castle, it was very windy and cold, it sits high above the city and is still used for military purposes. From the top you can see for miles.

I don't know if you knew this but I didn't; Arthurs Seat is a park area near Edinburgh Castle, if you look at the silhouette of the Hill, it looks like a crouching, lion.

Later in the day we went to Rosslyn Chapel. It's a 15th century building famed for its association with the Knights Templar and the Masonic movement. This building was also home to some of the Da Vinci Code movie filming.

In the evening a group of us went to a Scottish show and dinner. It was like a dinner theater and yes I did try the hagis, my Aussie friends and our Welsh tour director peered pressured me into it. It wasn't too bad, the first taste was the worst, the third taste was the last.

On our travels we saw these interesting cattle, our travel director had us pointing them out by announcing them as hairy
