training log week 6

the week began with the Monday circuit training , now at Chosen Hill School , instead of the Ladies College ...not as smart but good honest hard bloody graft, still pushing hills on the bike a trip over Birdlip again , I pass through Barrow Wake more times than than the most ardent "dogger" 😊.
Sunday saw myself and David Arnold do a steady 35 miler in good conditions , i,m feeling pretty fit and planning to cycle to Bristol on Sunday..heres to next week.😊I do have to re tweet that David ,still getting used to his clip in pedals managed the cycling no problem...only to fall off his bike outside his house on arrival back LOL.
