Gday all
Had a night out in brighton last night, went in because sussex 1st and 2nd eleven both won. Lewis played in the second and he invited me out on the town. i thought it would be a regular night out, but when we got to the pub we got vip entry because i was with the sussex lads. and there were some big names in the room, stuart broad, matthew prior, monty panesar, lou vincent and adam voges. i ended up speaking and drinking with voges or vogie as now were best mates all night. when i got there vogie was already drunk and he was the drunkest man in the pub. was a great night out.

Dad. i also dropped your name to lou vincent because i remember he was a prospect lad and he said he remembered you coaching him at the sacas.

Glad to hear you are alive and well. Well, alive anyway. Sounds as though Gallipoli was pretty emotional stuff. As you said, with the bullets flying, one can forget emotion. Getting cold here too now. Down to 8 degrees C. Still warmer than Europe though. Have a good one, Seeya, F.
