Trying to do our bit to balance out our carbon footprint!!Well, it's under a week now! And I still have an absurd number of things to do and an uncooperative toddler! Still I'd better get used to that as it'll be just the two of us for 73 days! In some ways, I just want to be on that first plane thus what's not been done will be too late.
Still, finally the bathroom is 98% finished, just in time for us to leave and not have time to appreciate it!
Had dinner with a lovely Kiwi family who helped me focus on a plan for the limited time we have in New Zealand and far too many beautiful things to see.
I think we're fairly ready for our adventure, have bought Luna a journal for her to scribble in, well got her to choose a notebook, some glue, pens etc... She seems very excited about the trip. Everytime I mention, or anyone mentions a plane or an airport, she tells everyone she's going on a plane, very sweet!
Anyhow shan't write much more as the main reason for this short writeup is to see if I've managed to set this up correctly, I was waiting for
Luna and Leo a.k.a. Dora and Boots
Luna with her good friend Leo whose patenal family we might be visiting in Samoa. more people to accept the invitation but only the four of you who joined on the same day as the invitations went out have so far accepted!
