Induction and First classes

So Hey again :-)

Where did i leave off last time?

We had our first induction day on Wednesday (11th) sorting out all of he boring logistical stuff and on Thursday we had more meetings and sorted out our timetables so the classes i will be taking while im here are:

Power Gender Ethnicity and other inequalities

Intercultural Studies: Global english and online media discourses

Education and School Practice

Swedish for Beginners

I also have to carry on completing the assignments for the Professional Practice unit from home so im going to be a busy bee lol.

Had a few minor problems like some of my classes clash on the timetable but they're being sorted because obviously i cant be in two places at once as hard as i might try :-)

Not much happened Friday Saturday Sunday or monday really because i had no meetings or anything.

And today is Tuesday and i had my first class this morning (power gender ethnicity) it was just an introduction to the unit but it was really interesting, there are a lot of different cultural influences and links with sociocultural theories that we looked at last term at home.

I have met some more people and everyone seems really cool :-) we're all going bowling this afternoon so it will be a good chance to get to know more people.

Thats about it for now but im going to try and post some pictures to compensate for my lack of words although i cant promise an essay everytime i write an entry :-p besides you'd all get bored.
