Well 6 days in now and have covered 150km with no serious blisters, pains or sunburn which I think is pritty good going!! We are now in Villia (not sure about spelling) having done 30km from Villamontania today - thankfully not to hot so pritty easy going

We are off to have pilrims menu tonight as the shops arnt open being a sunday and we are all tired of our diet of baguttes and salami so should be good. HAve had a good run of the weather sunny and hot until today when a it was ovecast but then that is good for waliking! Have just been watching the Wimbledon final in a bar...Have stayed in a few good refuges along the way Pamblona stands out as the best one so far but everything is not too bad

Pamplona had been the best place to stop over so far due to the San feriro festival - the running of the bulls which the city was preparing for and started today and was a genrally busy city, different to all the other towns we have passed through which have all been sleepy towns, and we are atill getting used to the fact the the spaniads have ciestas in the afternoon so all the shops dont open till 5ish...

Planning to do another 30km tomorrow, hope the weather in england good!

and Happy Birthday Granny!!
