It has been a long day. My muscles are feeling the love. I don't care how much training you give, it is difficult for your body to adjust to the multiple days of just walking on all kinds of difficult terrain. It is only day 6. Can't even imagine the love in 10 more days much less 30+ total. Today probably was the toughest with the heat. We were very lucky with lower temperature prory days. The best today was walking through the pepper, olive , grape fields. Etc.

Amazing Scenery
It looks like the scenery is constantly changing. What an amazing time! Looking forward to hearing all about it.
