Jo’s Summer Trip To UK,Spain&Portugal

Our first morning at the Villa and it was amazing! We got up and had breakfast and started our day. The three of us got into our rental car and drove towards Carrefour - a big grocery store. We bought a lot of groceries for awhile and also because my cousin Henry and his family were driving to the villa for two days, from their holiday in a northern town called: Gijon . They will arrive tomorrow afternoon and It will be amazing and wonderful to spend time with Henry,Rachel,Ella and Felix! We relaxed and rested till 5pm and then Sally and I walked down to the lake and had about a 30 minute swim which was fabulous!
Around 7:30/8:00 pm, Jay began to make dinner for the three of us which was great. Jay made us a Spinach and Mushroom Roularde and it was very delicious!
We talked for a bit before going to bed. Goodnight!
