It’s Monday here and I’m back to blogging.
On Saturday morning we all rose bright and early to go on another group excursion. First we drove two hours to Salamanca where we toured the University of Salamanca which resembled something out of Harry Potter. Parts of the Univ. are still used today and it is the 3rd oldest Univ. in the world. We then toured another cathedral which looked the same as the one in Segovia. But there was an actual wedding going on which wasn’t closed off and we passed through it. There was actually a total of 2 weddings that day. We then had some time to shop where I got a Univ of Salamanca zip up sweater with matching t-shirt. Which I was thankful for because it was so cold out. After that we found a Mcdonald’s, where I got an oreo Mcflurry which also had chocolate swirls in it. It was soo delicious! We ended the day by stopping by a town called Alavia which also had some nice views. There was a small museum of Mother Theresa where on display was her actual finger with ring still attached! It was gross, and we were not allowed

Love you all and miss you all,
Nicole
