More Feria, despite the rain

Rain, rain, rain. That is all it seems to know how to do this week! Julie and I wanted to back to Feria to see it in the light, but it kept raining, so we didn’t know if that was going to happen. Finally late afternoon, it let up, and we decided to go check it out. About 5-10 minutes after we left, it started to rain again, then it stopped, then it started again. I wanted something warm to drink because with this rain has been wind and colder temperatures, so we stopped at Starbucks on the way there. Well, we should’ve stayed in Starbucks because a couple minutes after we left it down poured. Finally it stopped, and we could continue our long walk to Feria. It would rain on and off til we got there.

We decided to walk around in the opposite direction of where we went last night. Seeing all the women in their dresses really made me want one even more! It started to look very ominous, so we figured, given the week it has been, that we should start going back before we get drenched again. As soon as we left Feria, it started to rain. Thankfully it stopped a little bit later, and then we made it home before it could start again. Lolina spent most of the day at Feria, so we made ourselves dinner. We had stopped at a grocery store earlier to get snacks for our Portugal trip, and I saw strawberries that looked amazing, so I decided to get those to go with our pizza for dinner. They were soo good! We packed for our trip and made it an early night so we could be rested for Portugal!
