St Petersburg - Last day in Russia

hi everyone.
just a quick update. Have spent the last 3 days in St Petersburg which is a fab city. We did some serious sightseeing on our first day and buggered ourselves for the rest so we've spent the rest of it just relaxing and have given up on monasteries, palaces, musuems etc..
We had some serious money issues yesterday as the ATM machine swallowed our bank card for no reason! Everything after that seemed to go wrong also with buses, accomodation, money transfer.. But we finally got sorted luckily (thanks gareths parents!) So now we dont leave until tonight instead of this morning for our 8hour bus ride to Tallinn in Estonia! Can't believe we have some so far when I look at the world map, its great.

Have finally had the time to start uploading photos to daniels website but the first 28pics took 3 hours so this is all i have the moment and they are from way back in Canberra at the bbq in Guy and Trish... what a great night.

been round the world in 60 days
...or close enough :) Jana showed me pics from tallinn when she was visitng me here -- gorgeous city as far as i could see. All of Canberra is now in London - you need to get here fast to complete the golden circle. I leave for Mumbai (India) on 30 sep, must catch up before that... take care Ruch xx
