A Bucket French Fries/Un Cubo de Patatas Fritas

At the moment we are taking a day off from biking, and we are staying in a small town called Alvor next to the city Portimao. We have been traveling for about a week, we left from Punta Umbria which is a small beach town in Spain where Rocio's sister lives) and now we are in Portugal. We've mostly been traveling along the side of the highway. So far we´ve mostly been camping, althouhg one night was spent on the beach and another in a hotel. We've been travleing about 40 kilometers a day, and we usually travle between 12 in the afternoon and 7 in the evening. There have been showers everywhere we´ve slept. So far we've been able to understand Portuguese pretty well (if people talk slowly). The best parts of the day are breakfast lunbch and dinner.

Hoy estamos descansando en Portimao, que es una ciudad en portugal. De verdad estamos en un pueblito al lado llamado Alvor porque alli esta el sitio de camping. Hemos estado durmiendo en sitios de camping la mayoria del tiempo, pero una vez durmimos en un hotel y otra vez en la playa. Estamos nos dos cansadas pero no es tan mal que creiamos que iba a ser. Usualmente vamos en bici al lado de la carretera, y viajamos desde las 12 de la manyana hasta las 7 de la tarde. Nuestro pueblo favorito fue Ayamonte, y lo peor fue Lepe. El mejor parte del dia es almuerzo. Las cosas son mas barratos en portugal y la comida es lo mismo, pero no hay colocao. A Rocio le duelen las rodillas pero esta bien, duerme bien por la noche aunque estamos en la tienda de camping (yo no). Entendemos portugues bien si la gente hablan lento. Unos besos
