Vesteralen Islands

We visited the local tourist office and they booked us in for a coastal boat trip we hope to do tomorrow. While we were there, the chief executive of one of the local Kommunes introduced herself to us and gave us lots of information about local attractions. However we didn’t have time to look at any of them.

The rest of the day was spent driving 550k southward through spectacular mountain and fiord scenery to the Vesteralen Islands. We spent the night at the small port of Stokmarknes.
