Back to Holland

Back to Holland and then home to Perth and reality in less than two weeks.....!
We did a day trip to Den Hague (with Peter and Simone), the political capital of the world, where we wandered the city visiting the Queen's residence, the Dutch Parliament Building and the World Court. We met Queen Beatrice who was hosting a visit from Queen Elizabeth II - they were quite surprised at how well they could get down and boogie after a few drinks!

From there we went to Scheveningen, a popular seaside destination in Holland. I wanted to bungee jump off the end of the pier but unofrtunately it was closed.
