I write here two lines about the day of my PhD defense. A big thank to all the people who came to my party and that contributed to make this day very special, to my paraninfs (Elena & Simona), to all the friends that I met in Holland and also to all the ones who came from Italy. And for the people who didn't come... well, maybe I will forgive you :)

Finally got our phds, it's time to leave south! To warm up in South America for 4 months. First stop Argentina, last one Cuba and in the middle... well, we don't know yet! Keep in touch to know! We want to see all your comments!!! Oh ragazzi... eccoci qua, sopravvissuti al dottorato nei freddi paesi del nord... per recuperare alla nostra carnagione cadaverica ci tocca andarcene al Sur per almeno 4 mesi... speriamo che capirete e attendiamo con ansia i vostri sagaci commenti altrimenti niente cartoline!
