From Marken we drove to Volendam, Edam and finally Heemskerk. In typical Speedy Tour fashion, zooming through, snapping some pics.. moving on !

Finding the hotel in Heemskerk was a bit of a chore, but made it anyway. Nice place, next to and ING training school.

GO! Be there, see it, do that, snap it, speed on... It's a bit of a private joke that our travel style is rather, errmmm, speedy. Hence we coined the term 'Speedy Tours' for ourselves. I guess what we look for when we travel is variety. Once we feel that we've had enough, then it's time to move on. What is 'enough' ranges from spending several hours enjoying a scenery to zooming through a 'yet another quaint little town' in two minutes ! We're not big museum fans, but enjoy looking at the living open world.... full info
