Haarlem Park
(buildings are not in the Park) It was a nice warm late morning when I took a walk through a very nice Haarlem City Park. (Note: the buildings in my pics are outside of the City Park.) Like in many towns in Holland, there are free open public parks with walking trails and canals. I enjoyed the tranquility as I took my time strolling by the nice trees and canals. I took a break sitting on a convenient bench by the walking trail. I had a few good hours in this nice Park.
While walking back to my hotel I herd from the locals that something big was happening this evening in Haarlem, Amsterdam, and other Dutch towns. I made a stop at a fast food place for a good munch.
I rested at my hotel room and got some warm clothes ready for some cool weather expected this evening.
