So today was a lot of fun, my apartment didn't have much to do for the day and so Erica and I decided to embark upon making pumpkin stuffed raviolis. It was so cool! We made our own pasta and rolled out the dough just by combining flour, egg, and a little salt. We baked the pumpkin and bought ricotta cheese. We mixed it all together and then we worked with Maxann and her friend, Will, to stuff and form all the raviolis. ta da! buon appetito!
