We finally made it after a long delayed trip from Phoenix due to storms in Chicago. Here at the hotel Fontana very lovely and old like the rest of Venice.a small city on an Island with no cars all canals using boats for all transportation' lovely Italian people, great food , centuries of culture and lots of wine. Visited BAssillico san marco,doges palace, piazzo san marco and the grand canal. Walked miles to see the city some in the rain just like Vancouver.Tomorrow we board the ship for our voyage to Abi Daubi.

Our Gondola Ride
Our last day in Venice and after a huge rain the day before we were delighted to be able to take a gondola ride in the sun. We would of gone in the rain because we were not leaving Venice without taking one and that was the opinion of all of us. Its so fun to travel with cool peope
