Back in Milan from our day trip to Cinque Terra, we walk down to the Duomo and to grab some dinner. A little information about the Duomo....the Duomo of Milan is the current seat of Milan's Arch Bishop. Statues in Brass in the Door

of Jesus being whipped. This door depicted various stages of Jesus' life. Notice where people have touched the carvings and worn off the patina

The size of the doors

A picture to give you a perspective of the size of the doors and carvings. The two previous pictures are immediately to the left of Kirk. If you look closely, you can see the worn brass shining.
