Pope Alter

On Friday, Tiffany and I had the privilege to go on a tour of the Nacropolis of the Vatican. This included seeing burial sites of 1st and 2nd century Christians as well as Peter's original burial site. This site is under the pope's personal alter and although we couldn't take pictures of the Necropolis, I was able to sneak in a picture of the Pope's alter that is above Peter's burial site. This tour is only avaialble on request through the Vatican.
