Rome

We left Bristol just before 2pm and headed to Rome via EasyJet.
We arrived with just enough daylight to see how dirty Rome's streets were but otherwise wern't angry, we were impressed!!
Considering we arrived on a Sunday, what an incredibly busy and vibrant place it is!!
Our Hotel (Eurostars international Palace) was great with good English speaking staff.
We dumped our stuff and headed out to check out Rome and get a quick peak at the Colloseum.
After that, we checked out a local outdoor restaurant and, since it would have been rude not too, ordered pizza & lasagne.
It was incredibly warm and we could only imagine what it must have been like during the day.
What a shame it is that we only have a few hours in this city before our early flight tommorrow to Athens.
