The GPS got us from Prague to Telc accurately. We had to purchase a sticker to drive on the autoroutes which do not have speed limits. Weather has turned cold and rainy. What happened to summer? We bought a scarf and fleece. Telc is a magical Medieval town with a well preserved castle. The pension is very nice and is located on the village square. Our room is again on the top! floor. We are getting used to carrying luggage - no elevator. Had french onion soup imitation - they use garlic instead of onion - very good. Did a castle tour - guide only spoke Czech but had an English handout. Tomorrow we probably drive through Austria to get to Budapest where we have a room booked at a downtown 4 star hotel whatever that means we are not too sure. Hopefully the GPS will help us find the location. It appears we may have to buy stickers for the autoroutes in both Austria and Hungary. Arrived Budapest. No WiFi in Telc. It was a long drive from Telc to Budapest in the rain. Hotel is very nice so we will be sight seeing for the next 2 days. Changing
money is interesting - new currency every country. Looks like light rain for the next 2 days. More tomorrow. Having trouble uploading photos - will try another time.
